Another embarrassing precedent in school. No it’s not about teenage students getting naked, this time the teacher…What, a naked teacher?

Victoria Ann Chacon, a 27-year-0ld San Antonio Sunday school teacher was charged with distributing harmful material to a minor after a 14-year-old’s parents found her topless photo on their kid’s cell phone of which Chacon suspected to give him those adult photos.

The boy’s parents called police in March after finding letters in which Chacon professed her love. Investigators say the boy at first refused to give a statement about their connection, but his parents found a Chacon’s topless photo several months later in his cell phone with. Court documents say Chacon owned the phone, and the two had been calling each other.

Chacon was detained Tuesday.  She resigned from her teaching job at Somerset Junior High School in Texas in March14 and then as a teacher to teach Sunday school teacher at the church.

I don’t have the photo, so find it somewhere else…
