Bleach the adventures of Ichigo Kurosaki

Bleach follows the adventures of Ichigo Kurosaki, a high school student with the ability to see ghosts, and one appointed Soul Reaper Rukia Kuchiki. The first parts of history to focus primarily on these characters. As events unfold, the story begins to delve deeper into the world of gods of death.

The story begins with the sudden appearance of Rukia Kuchiki Ichigo Kurosaki in the room. She was surprised by his ability to see, but a result of their conversation is interrupted by the appearance of a “hollow”, an evil spirit. After Rukia is seriously injured while trying to protect Ichigo, it intends to transfer half of its powers to Ichigo, hoping to give him the opportunity to face the hollow on an equal footing. Ichigo unwittingly absorbs almost all his powers instead, allowing it to overcome the hollow with ease.

The next day, Rukia Ichigo appears in the classroom as a transfer student. There is still much to his surprise, it seems to be a normal human. She theorizes that this is the unusual strength of Ichigo mind that caused him to absorb almost all his powers, leaving her stranded in the human world. Rukia has transferred itself a gigai – an artificial human body – while waiting to recover its capacity. In the meantime, Ichigo must resume its work as a Soul Reaper, struggling against hollows and guiding lost souls to the Soul Society.

All the characters are Bleach “souls”. Living contain human souls in their body, while disembodied souls, or spirits, have a form composed of particles of energy called spiritual Ectoplasm (??, reishi?), Who reproduces human anatomy ages but more slowly. This form includes all of the spirit of being, there is no distinction between mind and body. There are a variety of different types of spirits Bleach, each with a visual theme and a different approach to combat.
