GOOGLE launched online photo gallery that contains Life magazine photo archives on Tuesday as an enhancement of their image search feature. Google online photo gallery offers millions of images, most of the photo archives have never been publicly viewed or published.

Google said that they plan to enter all 10 million images from Life’s photo library, starting with approximately 2 million photos from the 1750s to present. Not only can the images be viewed online, they can also be printed for free for non commercial use. If you’re interested in the high resolution prints, Time Warner (Life’s parent Company) is planning to sell them via Qoop.com
