Samsung Mobile and Sprint have announced their newest product, Samsung Instinct. Sprint hopes that the new large screens mobile relevant Products / Services device and other steps to overcome a series of setbacks.
It may look like an iPhone, and indeed, his touch-based interface may be similar to the iPhone. But, do not worry, it’s not. This is the device that Samsung has developed and delivered exclusively to the mobile network US Sprint, where he will go head to head with Apple iPhone on AT & T.
Equipped with a 3.1-inch screen, Instinct was announced Tuesday at the CTIA Wireless 2008 trade show in Las Vegas. The companies say the Instinct “combines touch-screen with high speeds features the largest mobile broadband.

Instinct of relies heavily on a large (3.1-inch color 262000) touch screen, which will be your interface to almost all phone functions, including placement and end calls. Under the touch screen are three controls: a back button, the key to a house and a shortcut control which leads you to the call of the menu. In an improvement over the iPhone, the touch screen gives localized reactions, and texting and e-mailing software displays keyboard in a landscape orientation. The user programmable Favorites menu looked quite clever as well, and we love the multiple functions, which allows you to move between the different functions quite easily.
But even with these characteristics, the menu interface is not as smooth as the iPhone. It is not that it does not have promises, but it’s just that it is a little short in both the friendliness and beauty. This could be because we were using a beta version, we will have to wait for a final model to give our firm for evaluation.
There has been no word on pricing official of the Sprint camp just yet, but rumors indicate that Instinct will land at $ 300 below the mark, with plans for unlimited data subscription starting at $ 70 .
Don’t be wrong, this is the first real challenger to Apple iPhone, but with Apple iPhone SDK now in the wild and a 3G iPhone surely just around the corner, Apple still has the upper hand — this time.
