With firmware update version 3.70 or above you can customize your PSP themes, not only the background, you can also change all the icons on the menu with the ones you like, sounds great?
OK, after you got your firmware updated, download (you can find it everywhere on the web, most of them are free) and upload the .ptf file which is the theme file in the folder PSP > THEME on the memory stick. Now go back to your PSP then go to [Settings]> [Theme Settings]> [Theme] you can use up and down arrows to navigate, and then select one with [X]. Click Apply. If the system asks for overwrite confirmation to the current theme just select yes. Voila it’s a new PSP theme

Explorer is the standard tool for Windows, but it does not do everything. For some reason explorer isn’t very practical. This is where the free downloads comes in handy. Some supplements to fill in the gaps in your file management tasks.

Check the contents of a file quickly. Let’s face it: File names sometimes don’t always tell the whole story about the contents of a file. Of course, you can open files in programs that created them. But who wants to open enormous when all the programs you need to know is the basis for the document contents? Vista lets you add a section to its Explorer, but what are the users of XP? Alexey Torgashin Universal Viewer’s to the rescue. This free utility lets you look inside a variety of file types (images, PDF and many others) just by right-clicking and selecting the command Universal Viewer. Install the plug-in for Microsoft Office (a free download), and you can view Microsoft Word and Excel files as well. Navigation buttons, it is easy to browse through all the files in a folder. For more features (like a tree style Explorer browser window, as well as basic management capabilities file), you will have to shell out $ 20 for the personal version.
The sapplication is fully Unicode-compatible and can be integrated into Windows Explorer’s context menu, so there’s no problem to call it from anywhere in Explorer: just right-click a file and select the “Universal Viewer” item. the Universal Viewer can also be integrated into other popular file managers.
