Firefox Tabbed Browsing
As we know, Tabbed browsing is a Firefox’ feature that enable users to explore the Internet and open web pages in separate tabs in one window. So, there’s no need to open many window if you want to open so several sites that makes the taskbar looks crowdy.
However, users often unintentionally close a browser tab that they actually still want to explore because there’s important information , even planning to bookmark site.
Don’t be affraid, the developers have actually anticipated this scenario and implement a feature where the tab is accidentally closed can be opened again. It’s very easy:
1. Click the History of the browser Firefox.
2. Select Recently Closed tabs, and then look for sites that you unintentionally close.
Another simple way is jut by pressing Ctrl+ Shift + T on the keyboard, the browser tab you just closed can be opened again.

Since the release of Windows 98, Windows taskbar never again looks plain. You can add various toolbar there. Just try to right-click your mouse on the taskbar, then select the menu [Toolbars]. There will pop up some of the toolbar that you can select such as [Windows Media Player], [Address], [Links], [Language bar], [Desktop], [Tablet PC Input Panel], and [Quick Launch]. You can even create your own toolbar by clicking the [New Toolbar ...].
The feature can potentially make your desktop looks messed up. Although you have put it in order, other users can still change your windows display. Therefore, you should lock your Windows Desktop, here’s how:
- Click [Start] and type gpedit.msc in the search for entry into Group Policy.
- Go to the folder Local Computer Policy-User Configuration, Administrative Templates, Desktop-.
- Find and double click the desktop settings Prohibit adjusting toolbars.
- On Prohibit adjusting desktop toolbars Properties, click [Enabled] the radio button to lock the toolbar.
- Click [OK] to close the Properties window.
Now we’re done a half way, the above steps will only lock the toolbar, meaning, that the user can’t modify the toolbar but still able to add or remove the toolbar and move its position with the drag and drop. And how’s the solution?
try these simple steps:
- If you have been out of Group Policy, run back editor policy. After that, go to the same folder with the previous step.
- Double-click settings Prevent adding, dragging, dropping, and closing the Taskbar’s toolbars are in the right window.
- In the Prevent adding, dragging, dropping, and closing the Taskbar’s toolbars Properties, click [Enabled].
- Finally, click [OK] and close the Group Policy window.
Now, other users can never mess up your windows desktop.

When browsing on the internet you may come across with a “problem” error message popping up every time the site is visited “Problems with this web page might prevent it from being displayed properly or functioning properly. In the future, you can display this message by double-clicking the warning icon displayed in the status bar” The message ended with the detail information about the error message with some codes which won’t be understand by common users.
Another error message frequently appear on Web sites that have a script “problem issue” is the error message “A runtime error has occurred. Do you wish to debug? “. If the answer to these questions [Yes], then you will be “invited” to improve the website.
These messages should only need to be known by the webmaster so that it can improve the site immediately. it seems very ridiculous if visitors who don’t know anything about the web sites annoyed by the message they should not need to see.
if you want the error messages above don’t come up over and over, you can try these simple steps.
- Go to Internet Option through Internet Explorer. In Internet Explorer, click [Tools] [Internet Options].
- In the “Internet Properties”, click the tab [Advanced].
- Check the text [Disable script debugging].
- Uncheck the [Display a notification about every script error].
- Click [Apply], and iklik [OK] to close the Internet Options window
