Apple October Events

Apple October Events

Following the Apple Special October Events, there are lots of innovation on Apple’s new products line up, even more than what we are expecting. Unfortunately, It seems that Apple just emphasize its products as exclusive and expensive brand that is still Inaccessible to Many Users.

The new MacBook model, has a considerably more expensive price than on previous occasions. The MacBook Pro still quite high-priced and the new Cinema Display 24″ seems to me like all the refurbished products that have evolved well in terms of performance but again to me it seems to be too expensive. while for the MacBook Air, although now it comes with better nVidia graphic, but, many have critizise that it’s just following the old aesthetics. I think we should have been offered more economical and more accessible to the general public.

And the trend is that Apple and you just can’t deny is that there is a growing priority exclusivity and aesthetic renovations against another very important factor and that the same Steve Jobs has highlighted the start of the presentation, the switcher, the user of a foot, the guy who never in their lives will spend 2500 euros on a laptop in your brand as much glass trackpad that you get.

I sincerely believe that Apple must not neglect the consumer, who wants to access their products and can not, who will now have to settle for purchasing a MacBook from the previous version for not being able to afford a new model (we’re talking of almost 300 euros difference! one third the price of the laptop!).

MacBook Air with nVidia

MacBook Air with nVidia

While both MacBook and MacBook Pro have been completely renovated and have followed the line of finite Apple MacBook Macbook Air has only been renovated internally, in terms of hardware. The design has been maintained.

The new MacBook Air is now in both graphics processors such as general purpose, since Apple has decided to leave a little from side to mount the new Intel and NVidia GeForce 9400M graphics available only in contrast to the double settings that are in the Pro.

The processors have been maintained in terms of frequency, 1.6 and 1.86 GHz, and the traditional hard drive now spends 80 to 120 GB, also in 1.8-inch format., now it’s using DDR3 memories, and it remains as an extra to pay that does not come as standard.

In the MacBook Air have also updated the connections on the side, because now instead MiniDVI, Apple has decided to integrate the MiniDisplayPort.

For the rest, 2 GB of RAM, the alleged improvement in the case (which now say that more aid to nature), 4.5 hours of battery life and a price that starts in Spain at Euro 1649. From my point of view, the great forgotten this interesting keynote.

UPDATE: looking at the specifications officers with a little more careful and calm, renewed MacBook Air using DDR3 memories, like his brothers laptops. However, it appears that the trackpad has not changed, or at least that attest to the official photos, such as those of this page
