Naruto is a series of Japanese manga written and illustrated by Masashi Kishimoto with an adaptation of anime. The main character, Uzumaki Naruto, is a strong, hyperactive, unpredictable, adolescent ninja who is constantly searching for recognition and aspires to become a Hokage, the ninja in his village, which is recognized as the leader and the strongest of all.
Kishimoto the author of a first one-shot of Naruto in the August 1997 Akamaru Jump.The intrigue differ substantially in this Naruto is the son of the devil Nine-Tailed Fox, rather than being the container, and history has been placed in a more modern Setting.This first version of Naruto already had the opportunity to transform into a sexy young woman – but when he did so, a fox tail sprouted. Kishimoto then rewrote history in its current form, which was first published in 1999 by Shueisha in the 43rd issue of Japan’s Shonen Jump magazine. In volume 36, the manga has sold more than 71 million copies in Japan. Viz Media publishes a translated version in the American magazine Shonen Jump. Viz Naruto has become the best-selling manga series.As of April 2, 2008, the first 28 volumes are available in English.
