Today, HP reveals a trio of notebooks aimed at business users that want the security and durability as well of a business machine, but with the multimedia functionality (Blu-ray, discrete ATI and Nvidia graphics) of a more mainstream machine. they are HP EliteBook8530P, HP EliteBook 8530w and HP EliteBook 8730w

Let’s take a look at the HP EliteBook 8530P specs first :

  • 120GB/160GB/250GB 5,400-rpm hard drives; 160GB/250GB/320GB 7,200-rpm hard drives (with HP 3D DriveGuard); 80GB SSD

Lenovo 3000 series in malaysia

Lenovo introducing the 3000 G Series notebook in Malaysia today instead of their normal launch countries. , the finished 14-inch notebook is aimed at the budget-conscious (perhaps that’s why Lenovo choose Malaysia) with a 1.86GHz Pentium dual-core at its root along with 2GB of RAM, a 160GB hard disk, and a DVD burner. Sounds pretty functional – costs are further reduced as it comes pre-loaded with MS-DOS, giving you the choice to install Linux, Windows or or another choice of operating system.
Malaysians can order the Lenovo 3000 G series system now for the equal of $613, putting it within range of high-end netbooks

A US release is anticipated and will likely see various configurations, including a faster Core 2 Duo processors and a G430 model based on Intel’s Centrino 2 mobile platform.

Alienware recently launched its Area-51 m17x model, designed for 3D content creators, PC gamers, and multi-media enthusiasts alike. Here are the specs:

The Provider claimed it to be the fastest notebook ever created by the alienware, Senior VP Brian Joyce says about their product:

“We pride ourselves in designing elite systems for consumers who absolutely refuse to settle for second best. The Area-51 m17x is, by far, the most aggressive, most powerful notebook computer Alienware has ever built.”

The Area-51 m17x Notebook is available From £1,430 Inc VAT and delivery, or about $2860 USD/CAD.
